We ensure all financial documentation—cost breakdowns, estimates, draw schedules, and required builder documents—is complete, accurate, and aligned with project milestones.
Step 3 – Design Strategy & Project Development

With your design approved, the countdown begins! We complete the final pricing and we start your official build order. Step 5 – Factory Magic Happens!
Your home is officially under construction! Affinity builds the modules in their climate-controlled facility, completing about 80% of the work — from framing to electrical to interior finishes. Because it’s built indoors, your home benefits from steady progress, precision craftsmanship, and no weather-related setbacks.
Step 6 – Home on Site, Set & Secured
This is the day everyone looks forward to! The modules that make up your new home arrive on site, carefully delivered and ready for their big moment. One by one, each module is lifted into place by a crane and secured to the foundation — it’s like watching your home come together piece by piece. Most sets wrap up in a single day, meaning by sunset your home is set, secured, and fully weather-tight. It’s an amazing transformation to see!
